  • Pickup – Available for self-setup

  • Delivery – Available for an additional fee

  • Setup + Teardown + Pickup – Available for an additional fee (recommended for stress-free events)

Event location and surface type (grass, asphalt, or concrete) help us recommend proper stakes or weights.

Good to Know

Yes — for safety, tents should be secured with stakes (grass) or weights (hard surfaces).
We don't recommend use in high wind or severe weather. Safety comes first.
A flat 10x10 area is required; a little extra room around it makes setup easier.
It works for small seating setups (see capacity guide). For larger groups, consider multiple tents or a larger size.

Service Area

We're based in the Tri-Cities, Tennessee area and serve events throughout Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol, Jonesborough, Elizabethton, and surrounding areas.

We also travel outside our standard service area — just send your event location and date and we'll confirm availability and any applicable travel fees.

Delivery, setup, teardown, and pickup fees may vary based on distance and event location.
